«نقطه» تقویم، کارها، یادداشت‌ها و برنامه‌ی روزانه است؛ روی گوشی (اندروید) و به‌صورت افزونه‌ی کروم. این صفحه می‌گوید چه چیزی از شما نگه می‌داریم، چرا، و چطور می‌توانید همه‌اش را پاک کنید.

بدون حساب هم کار می‌کند

همه‌ی کارها، یادداشت‌ها و تنظیمات اول فقط روی دستگاه خودتان ذخیره می‌شوند. ساختن حساب اختیاری است و فقط برای پشتیبان‌گیری و یکی شدن گوشی با افزونه لازم است.

چه چیزی روی سرور ما نگه داشته می‌شود

• راه ورود: شماره‌ی موبایل، ایمیل، یا ایمیل حساب گوگل شما — هر کدام که با آن وارد شده‌اید. کدهای ورود فقط چند دقیقه معتبرند.
• درباره‌ی شما (اختیاری): جنسیت و تاریخ تولد، فقط برای اینکه برنامه شما را درست خطاب کند و اندازه‌ی نوشته‌ها را مناسب کند.
• محتوای شما، وقتی وارد شده‌اید: کارها، فهرست‌ها، یادداشت‌ها، مناسبت‌های شخصی و تنظیمات، تا روی دستگاه دیگرتان هم باشند و با عوض شدن گوشی گم نشوند.
• دستگاه‌ها: مدل گوشی، نسخه‌ی سیستم و برنامه، و زمان آخرین استفاده، تا در «دستگاه‌ها و افزونه» ببینید کجا وارد شده‌اید و بتوانید از هر کدام خارج شوید.
• اعلان‌ها: شناسه‌ای که سرویس اعلان گوشی می‌دهد، فقط برای فرستادن یادآوری‌ها و اعلان‌ها.
• امنیت: نشانی اینترنتی درخواست‌ها برای مدت کوتاه، فقط برای جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده (مثلاً درخواست پشت‌سرهم کد ورود).

برای شمردن نصب‌ها، بازگشت کاربران و خطاها، از سرویس آمار «اپ‌متریکا» هم استفاده می‌کنیم. این سرویس همان شمارش‌های ناشناس بالا را می‌گیرد: یک شناسه‌ی تصادفی، مدل گوشی، نسخه‌ی برنامه، صفحه‌های بازشده و این‌که برنامه از کدام فروشگاه یا لینک نصب شده. نه نام و شماره، نه موقعیت و نه شناسه‌ی تبلیغاتی گوشی به آن نمی‌رسد. کیت تبلیغاتی دیگری در برنامه نیست و داده‌ی شما را نمی‌فروشیم و به کسی نمی‌دهیم.

داده‌هایی که از گوگل می‌آیند

اگر خودتان بخواهید با حساب گوگل کار کنید، نقطه این دسترسی‌ها را از گوگل می‌خواهد:

• ورود با گوگل (نام، ایمیل و عکس حساب): برای ساختن یا باز کردن حساب نقطه. ایمیل روی سرور ما به‌عنوان راه ورود نگه داشته می‌شود.
• تقویم گوگل (دیدن فهرست تقویم‌ها، و دیدن، ساختن، ویرایش و حذف رویدادها): فقط در افزونه‌ی کروم، تا رویدادهای تقویم‌تان کنار کارهای نقطه دیده شوند و بتوانید همان‌جا برنامه بسازید یا ویرایش کنید. این رویدادها مستقیم بین مرورگر شما و گوگل جابه‌جا می‌شوند و به سرور نقطه فرستاده نمی‌شوند.
• گوگل میت (ساختن جلسه): فقط وقتی دکمه‌ی «افزودن گوگل میت» را می‌زنید، یک جلسه‌ی تازه ساخته می‌شود و لینکش در یادداشت همان کار نوشته می‌شود.

کلید دسترسی گوگل فقط روی دستگاه خودتان (در حافظه‌ی افزونه یا برنامه) می‌ماند. هر وقت بخواهید می‌توانید اتصال را از تنظیمات نقطه قطع کنید یا از صفحه‌ی دسترسی‌های حساب گوگل بردارید.

استفاده‌ی نقطه از اطلاعاتی که از سرویس‌های گوگل دریافت می‌کند و انتقال آن به هر برنامه‌ی دیگری، از سیاست داده‌های کاربر سرویس‌های API گوگل، از جمله الزامات «استفاده‌ی محدود» (Limited Use)، پیروی می‌کند. داده‌های گوگل برای تبلیغات، فروش یا آموزش مدل‌های هوش مصنوعی به کار نمی‌روند و کسی جز خود شما آن‌ها را نمی‌خواند.

افزونه‌ی کروم

• بوکمارک‌ها و سایت‌های پربازدید: فقط خوانده و در همان صفحه نشان داده می‌شوند؛ هیچ‌جا فرستاده یا ذخیره نمی‌شوند.
• پاکت: اگر خودتان وصل کنید، خلاصه‌ی مالی (موجودی، حساب‌ها و تراکنش‌های اخیر) فقط‌خواندنی دریافت می‌شود و آخرین نسخه‌اش برای نمایش سریع‌تر روی همین مرورگر نگه داشته می‌شود؛ با قطع اتصال پاک می‌شود و به سرور نقطه نمی‌رود.
• یادداشت صوتی: صدا فقط روی همین مرورگر ذخیره می‌شود و همگام نمی‌شود.
• خبر و قیمت روز: از سایت‌های عمومی خوانده می‌شود و هیچ اطلاعاتی از شما همراهش فرستاده نمی‌شود.
• لینک‌های نصب اپ یک شناسه‌ی تصادفی و بی‌نام دارند تا معلوم شود نصب از افزونه آمده است.

تقویم گوشی

برنامه‌ی اندروید رویدادهای تقویم خود گوشی را با اجازه‌ی شما روی همان گوشی می‌خواند و نشان می‌دهد؛ این رویدادها به سرور نقطه فرستاده نمی‌شوند.

پاک کردن

• از «تنظیمات ← پشتیبان و همگام‌سازی ← حذف حساب» حساب و همه‌ی داده‌هایش برای همیشه از سرور پاک می‌شود.
• با پاک کردن برنامه یا افزونه، داده‌های روی همان دستگاه هم پاک می‌شوند.
• از «دستگاه‌ها و افزونه» می‌توانید هر دستگاه را از حساب خارج کنید.

کودکان

نقطه برای کودکان زیر ۱۳ سال طراحی نشده و آگاهانه از آن‌ها داده‌ای جمع نمی‌کند.

Noghte (نقطه) is a calendar, tasks, notes and day planner for Android and a Chrome extension. This page explains what we keep, why, and how you can delete it.

Works without an account

Tasks, notes and settings are stored on your own device first. An account is optional and is only needed for backup and to keep the phone and the Chrome extension in sync.

What our server keeps

• How you sign in: your phone number, email address, or Google account email. Sign-in codes expire within minutes.
• About you (optional): gender and birth date, only to address you correctly and size the text.
• Your content, when signed in: tasks, lists, notes, personal occasions and settings, so they appear on your other devices and survive a phone change.
• Devices: phone model, system and app version, and last use time, so you can see where you are signed in and sign any device out.
• Notifications: the push token your phone's notification service issues, only to deliver reminders and notices.
• Security: request IP addresses for a short time, only to stop abuse (such as repeated sign-in code requests).

To count installs, returning users and errors we also use the AppMetrica analytics service. It receives the same anonymous counts as above: a random id, the phone model, the app version, the screens opened and which store or link the app was installed from. It never receives your name or number, your location or the phone's advertising id. There are no other ad SDKs in the app, and we never sell or share your data.

Data from Google

Only if you choose to connect a Google account, Noghte requests:

• Sign in with Google (name, email, profile picture): to create or open your Noghte account. The email is kept on our server as your sign-in method.
• Google Calendar (calendar.calendarlist.readonly, calendar.events): in the Chrome extension only, to show your calendar events next to your Noghte tasks and let you create, edit or delete events there. Events travel directly between your browser and Google and are never sent to Noghte's servers.
• Google Meet (meetings.space.created): only when you press “Add Google Meet”, a new meeting is created and its link is written into that task's note.

Google access tokens stay on your device (in the extension's or app's storage). You can disconnect at any time in Noghte's settings or at your Google account's permissions page.

Noghte's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train AI models, and no person reads it other than you.

Chrome extension

• Bookmarks and most visited sites are only read and shown on the new tab page; they are never sent or stored anywhere.
• Paket: if you link it, a read-only finance summary (balance, accounts, recent transactions) is fetched and the latest copy is kept in this browser for faster display; it is deleted when you unlink and never reaches Noghte's server.
• Voice notes are stored only in this browser and are not synced.
• News and prices are read from public websites; no information about you is sent with those requests.
• App install links carry a random anonymous id so we know the install came from the extension.

The phone's calendar

With your permission, the Android app reads your phone's own calendar events on the phone to show them; they are not sent to Noghte's servers.

Deleting your data

• Settings → Backup & sync → Delete account permanently removes the account and all its data from our server.
• Uninstalling the app or the extension removes the data stored on that device.
• In “Devices & extension” you can sign any device out of your account.

Children

Noghte is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
